Residential Window Cleaning
The frequency of window cleaning depends on various factors such as your location, weather exposure, presence of children and pets, as well as surrounding trees and bushes. As a general recommendation, we suggest having your windows cleaned annually. For maintenance in between, consider scheduling an exterior window cleaning every six months. Windows that are properly protected can maintain cleanliness for up to two years after a Reflections cleaning.
We offer two options for residential window cleaning: Interior & Exterior cleaning, or Exterior Only cleaning.
Commercial Window Cleaning
For commercial properties, we recommend scheduling cleanings every 1-2 years. If your building is located near a main thoroughfare, it may accumulate dirt and grime at a faster rate.

Gutter Maintenance
In the Northwest climate, hard covers can lead to moss growth inside the gutters, preventing proper drying and causing rusting. We recommend considering mesh nylon funnels for your downspouts. If you opt for our yearly gutter cleaning service, we can easily clean and reset the funnels to ensure debris doesn’t clog the downspouts.
Roof Cleaning
We recommend a liquid moss treatment that is environmentally safe to prolong the life of your roof. Soft washing is less invasive and offers longer-lasting results. Leaving roof debris for an extended period can compromise the integrity of the shingles.
Heights up to three stories do not faze us. However, we draw the line at climbing tall towers, such as those found atop hills in Portland.
